Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable:

- Items on sale or clearance
- Downloadable products
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@cdmediabuyservice.com.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
